The STARS Champion of Champions 
We are proud to once again be affiliated with The STARS Champion of Champions. Last year Urmston and District Riding Club had a very successful year with several over 40 of our members competing. Urmston & District Riding club finished 14th out of of 52 North West clubs, this is a huge achievement and builds on our 2018 success when our club finished 3rd overall.

Trailblazers provides unaffiliated competitors with an opportunity to qualify and compete at the Trailblazers Championship Finals. With no membership fee competitors can choose what level to compete at, in any or all of the following disciplines: Showing & Working Hunter and Show Jumping.

Traditional Gypsy Cob Association 
The TGCA (Traditional Gypsy Cob Association) Ltd is a non-profit association, seeking to protect and promote the very best of our wonderful Traditional Gypsy Cob breed which historically originates from the British Isles and makes up the largest population of horses therein.
Urmston & District Riding Club is proud to announce new for 2020 we will be running the TGCA Quest for a Star Championship and Go for Glory Championship!! 

Equifest has established itself as one of the largest competing events in the Equestrian calendar. With various attractions, shops and entertainment, alongside the vast competition schedule, it attracts over 10,000 riders and visitors each year.


Taking place on the 29th August -1st September 2019, at the East of England Arena and Events Centre in Peterborough this is one show not to be missed! 

TSR is for everyone who shows ridden and in hand horses and ponies from Hunters to Natives, Grandmas’ to Tiny Tots we cover the lot! Passionate about showing we are here to encourage, protect and innovate across all levels of showing. Visit their website to find out more.
